Highly recommend booking. I booked a reservation and they just asked my name. Not information regarding credit card so that would make me think there is no fee if you don't show up.

Reservations are definitely recommended. They can be very busy and on some nights, especially the weekend, they may be completely booked and will not allow waiting for those who walk in. There is no fee for reservations, even if you’re a ‘no show’.
I would definitely suggest making a reservation, when we went it was packed and the dining room is on the smaller side. Not sure how they could charge you a fee if they do not have any payment info which is not required to make a reservation.
