I would say so. There is a security booth and a lot of downtown residents that take morning jogs.
Very much so. Just be aware of your surroundings like you would walking anywhere in the dark that time of the day and you'll be fine. Ive never heard of one incident there and statistically 5:30 a.m. is a slow time for crime.
I wouldn't recommend that with so much that's happening now days. If you do make sure you take two people with you never alone. Please be safe. Happy walking
I would say so, it was really nice when I went down for the fireworks and family pics but I have been there during early morning.
