Local Guide Bellamy is obviously wrong. There has been a good restaurant at the BMA for more than 25 years. First came Donna's, and she's got two other Baltimore spots that are both doing well. Gertrude's took over the space about 20 years ago. They feature Chesapeake seafood including rockfish (very similar to seabass), marvelous crabcakes in many forms, and good vegetarian items as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. Chef John Shields is one of Baltimore's finest..

I haven't eaten there but it looks very nice. Not the bare table csfeteria style like msny others have.
