I have a Mercury Milian 2010 two recalls on the car NHTS.. said dealer would fix recalls on the car, do i need an appointment?

Same as above, please schedule an appointment for the recall so they can order your parts specifically for your needs.

You should schedule an appt. Dealers do not stock all parts, even for recalls.
