I've been parking in this garage for decades and y'all always have some nonsense going on. Aside from your rude attendants, the lights are left green for closed lanes. Instead of turning the light off, putting up a sign, or lifting the gate....we were threatened by the grumpy booth attendant. She said she was going to call the police on us...for what!? Sitting at a gate? LOL She was rude when we arrived and even worse when we left. Instead of being helpful she was nasty. $10 per car, you guys might at well put automatic gates in...stop hiring these miserable clowns.
