I hear they just sold to diffrent owners and they are keeping "lot rent" at a set price for next 5 yrs, no increase
I would recommend asking the park directly. I do know it goes up every year.
Looking for a lot to have a new home set on, do they except Rebuild Florida mobile homes? My parents was demolished, now rebuild Florida says no to the current park because of the flood zone elevation. Lot rent is not an issue, 700 and up is fine.
Can someone answer why this is a thing ? Why pay for a mobile home but then have such a high “rent” ? What are the benefits to this vs buying something with a lower HOA ? It seems like there are many of these parks in Florida and I don’t see a benefit ?
Lot rents vary, all over $700.
It depends on the lot. Water front is more, middle lots allittle less. It also depends when you originally signed you originally. It is not based on the price of the home.
