If you don't mind the occasional drunk or drug addict hanging around, this is a good spot. We typically go here to stop and eat in our vehicle and enjoy the water view. Yesterday some guy stumbled out of the bathroom higher than a kite. Not exactly kid-friendly.

Viewed the recent SpaceX Falcon 9 heavy satellite launch from the pier. It's a great spot to see launches from the space center.

Not that kind of park. It's a small municipal park with a dock to view the river, some fishing, and a restroom.
