Why is the staff so rude when you go in to buy milk? Are they mad they have to walk from one counter to the next or what ?

As someone who worked there I can tell you we are not mad at the customer. We are mad at the person who was supposed to be working the grocery check out line as they have a tendency to disappear. We have to take time out of doing our own jobs to do someone else's and it's frustrating when it becomes a common occurance. Also working at braums just makes everyone grumpy

I don't know about that store I think it is not very clean so I go to the one on Ohio much nicer store
