4pm. Checkout is 10am. If you come early you can use the pool and the other amenities if your room isn't ready.

Check in is at 4 p.m. however the staff is super friendly and talk to them and you can check in as soon as your room is available check out is at 11 a.m.

The check in time is 4 PM, early check in is possible, just have to ask.

4pm is stated, but you can actually do it earlier and if your room(s) aren't ready you are welcome to use the resort all day the day of check in and ,for what it's worth, the day you check out. Great way to enjoy amenities a little more both days.

4pm is the official time. About 50% of the time, I have been able to check in early. The earliest has been around 1pm.

I think it also depends on whether your villa is ready or not. I checked in on Sat at 1pm.
