Yes, they do have restrooms with changing areas but it's under construction right now. They have porta potties large enough to change in. There's outside showers where you can rinse off while wearing your bathing suit. Bring your mask and fins. There's an artificial reef just off the beach. A nice park with a playground for the kids and plenty of shade trees... Jetty beach in fort Pierce is nice too. Great for fishing, swimming and wind surfers. Parking is tight in both parks. Get there early. Have fun

They are fixing it right now but they have regular showers..for everyone...until they fixed the bathroom...
Humiston, South and Jaycee beaches all have outdoor showers and restroom facilities. The restrooms at Humiston are under construction - scheduled to be complete in July.
The changing rooms were under renovation when I went but there was an outdoor shower.
