We have had bad luck at the one in punta gorda . it has been like this for over a month. The staff argues with each other. My advice is go to the one in Poart Charlotte by checkers. They are organized and cordial and fast. They have recently changed their menus.
We left without eating. Hostess walked away when i came in, I waited she failed to return. We went waffle House had excellent breakfast and great service. Not planning on returning to IHOP.
Yes they do,well they did about a month sgo anyway.
