I’m puzzled that it’s a 55 yr & older community. Our bookkeeper & her husband purchased & lived in the community 4 yrs ago & both were in their 40’s. How strick is this policy? Who enforces it?

By law any 55+ community must have 80% of all residents be 55 years of age or older, the other 20% of residents is up to the each community to decide upon.
