Technically, the houses around the outside/perimeter are allowed pets, however they are pretty lax on this policy. There are breed and weight requirements for dogs, but my understanding is that you can bring your dog if you already have one, but cannot have a new dog of a large breed.

By law any 55+ community must have 80% of all residents be 55 years of age or older, the other 20% of residents is up to the each community to decide upon.

It's between $750-800 depending where you are in the park. It includes taxes, water/sewer, basic cable, lawn service, trash/recycle pick-up, upkeep on the amenities, and three free meals a year. What do you mean by government assistance? It's a 55+ community, a lot of the residents receive social security. If you mean welfare or food stamps, I only know of two people who get food stamps and no welfare. It's a retirement community.

Facilities are for sure however individual residents need to install their own if required.

Feb gets filled up fast so if you want something you need to make arrangements sooner than later feb is season for northerners to come down since its not too hot yet.
