Some lots (like corner lots), because they are larger sized lots are higher in cost per month. As of now for current owners of the mobile homes on lots 102, 103, 104. 107, 108, 109, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 119, 121, 123, 124, 127, 128, 129, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147. 151, 152, 153, 155, 156, 157, 158, 160, 161, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 173, 174, 175, 177, and 178 the monthly cost is $320.00 plus $14.00 (solid waste fee) for total of $334.00. As to the other lots, there may be a few exceptions, but I believe they even cost more per month. Hope that helps....some.
