Approximate lot rate? Who mows? Is their a swimming pool or a place to swim. Thank You any info appreciated.

I apologize I was thinking about Lakepoint MHP. Lakeview MHP does not have either a swimming pool or spa. Again I am sorry for the misinformation.

Diane Alle the lot rent is 375, mowing is available or self maintenance. No swimming pool, but for residents there is lake Jackson access. A friendly neighborhood and Great little park close to and endless variety of stores and restaurants.
