You will NEVER get a refund or product. I am 11 months into this neverending excuse loop. I talked to Pinellas Pines Police (their jurisdiction) and being an internet scam....you have to file a report with your local Police. Anyone else do this?

Rick, after countless emails and complaints to any agency that would listen....ASC sent me a check for the FULL amount! I made it clear in my emails that I didn't want the scam "$150 fee" and that I had nothing but time to continue writing reviews and emails. I think I just finally wore them down. Do they still suck? Oh yeah! Hand written check that scared me to cash. But it somehow cleared.

Did you receive your cover yet? This could be considered a federal crime since it was done over the internet.
