Wow...scam???? this company is not very good. Why can't I do zero stars. kept money for 6 months... Ordered in March 2022 they said 12 weeks - end of June. didn't come, called, they said NOVEMBER or I can pay for expedited and it would come in October. Canceled order , the said 6 weeks for refund. Disputed charge on CC, finally resolved today. end of Sept. BTW the other cover I ordered from another "guy", came with in 4 weeks. Love it.

I believe they are a scam business. I had contact with them at first and said I would have cover no later than this September, now no answer. Will give them 48 hours to contact me by phone or email then contact the Attorney General and let them file.

Placed order in late April. Here we are in late September and they tell me I am still waiting until November at the earliest. What a scam. Do not use this company.

Ordered 19 January. Nothing but excuses ever since. Was finally told on 29 Sept I could cancel and get a full refund check. Now 5 Nov and no check and each time I contact them I'm told the check will be released "next week", "next weekend", etc. Always a new date. Just filed BBB claim. Nancy and Joanna should find some new jobs.
They are clearly a scam, I've waited over 9 months. They want to to cancel so they can charge you $150 cancellation fee
I just did at your suggestion, they wanted any info I have sent to them, now it gets very fishy, I tried to log onto my account.. now the company dosn't even recoginze my email address, I was able to print the invoice from an old email. And I included my bank transaction.
I will be in that area in November,, you bet I will be visiting,, if you look at who owns the company, he also has a wrap sheet!! SWELL
When you demand a refund they just say the same thing they do about the cover. next month. next month. next month. I'm 15 months into battle with this fraudulent company
Rick, after countless emails and complaints to any agency that would listen....ASC sent me a check for the FULL amount! I made it clear in my emails that I didn't want the scam "$150 fee" and that I had nothing but time to continue writing reviews and emails. I think I just finally wore them down. Do they still suck? Oh yeah! Hand written check that scared me to cash. But it somehow cleared.
