Can you say Class Action? It sure sounds like some shady business practice going on here. When a company can’t or won’t respond to an obvious unhappy customer base and act like it is no skin off their chin because they have $150 of ur $$$ x Cancels?

Ordered 19 January. Nothing but excuses ever since. Was finally told on 29 Sept I could cancel and get a full refund check. Now 5 Nov and no check and each time I contact them I'm told the check will be released "next week", "next weekend", etc. Always a new date. Just filed BBB claim. Nancy and Joanna should find some new jobs.

Michelle Wiggs, You can add me to that class action. They cannot deliver their product in a reasonable amount of time and now say it will be 4 months from time of order to when they think they will make it. Now two months on I still need a cover going into winter and asked them to cancel because they can't deliver until Spring. They haven't even started or gotten materials to build my cover and want a $150 dollar cancelation fee! My recommendation to anyone thinking of using these people, DONT!!!!!!! you will be trapped!

Need someone to send me the Facebook group. My husband ordered over a year ago and every month I contact the company and it's the same message just different date listed. I told my husband it is a scam!!!! My hottub is damaged because we have been led on to believe that the shipment was coming.

I wonder how to organize a class action lawsuit against this company? I can't believe that they are still up and running and doing shady business when there are so many outstanding complaints and not receiving product or refund. There is a site on facebook to join if anyone is interested. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Florida State Attorney Generals Office. Next step is the class action.

Same here, wanted another $90 because my order is incorrect. Told me that is is on hold. Why they can't refund the full amount when the order is bad is beyond me. Have complaint with the BBB. Would guess that will not go anyplace since so many others have the same complaint. Do not order from!!!!!!

Same here , got my money back from cc company but same situation. No cover , big BS from owner and employees. They ALL should spend 5 years in jail and think about their future (: ADD ME IN !!! Will enjoy watching this business and owner locked.
