The location accepts basically anyone. Only proof of income needed. And a bit of a deposit. But other than that it's a pretty shady place.
All I can say after reading the remarks.....thank you, but no thank you I need peace and clean living and I have enough anxiety w/O added un-nessasary drama.
They turned us down, we have a good rental history. Then turn around and let a bunch of riff raff in who tears up the pool area, throws rocks on cars, walks right in the path if oncoming cars. There's a woman who walks around nearly naked somedays. My sister lives there, they're leaving soon. It's getting really bad. Maintenance don't do their jobs, when they do, it's shoddy. They will tow a car if they don't have a parking sticker and not in a visitor spot, but the residents park in the visitors spots and management does nothing, so you take a chance of getting your car towed visiting family. It's become a headache 8n the ladt 6 months. We wanted to live there when they had it cleaned up. The new managers in the office don't care about the property. Very sad.
Yes, any scum bag can get it if they have proof of being able to pay their rent
