I wouldnt know what the property or units look like as I have left 4 vm' s and sent 2 requests to have someone contact me to set up a tour. If this is how you respond to future residents I hate to see how you respond to your current residents. Bad CS.

100% do not recommend. They took over two weeks to tell my parents they didn’t qualify due to something that happened over ten years ago. The only response I got from the office was by email. My parents tried going to the office to talk to an actual person and was told they can only come inside if they were a vendor or paying rent. If you’re looking for a place to live don’t pick here.

Pipes burst in the apartments and take days to get fixed. Causes a ton of mold
The location accepts basically anyone. Only proof of income needed. And a bit of a deposit. But other than that it's a pretty shady place.
Yes, tons of big dogs with skin issues running around without a leash all hours of the night.
