Why don’t anybody ever answer the phone and if you leave a voicemail nobody ever returns your calls! Worse customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!

I've been calling them for a month now and nobody returned my phone call this is a emergency I even almost this is a very serious question this is about my life they have me on family Medicaid yeah I might be quiet for that so I'm also qualified for b cell and I'm trying to get help because I had cancer cancer and I cannot contact nobody there I've been leaving messenger it's not right y'all should be able to pick your phone up

Joy, I understand what you are saying. I've even been through that also. The answer I usually get is sometimes different; Vacation, Sickness, Short Handed, Training New Rep's. So even if this happens to me or you I ALWAYS called back every day and sometimes twice daily. Eventually you do get somebody to help out. I have also asked to speak with The Manager in charge and got quicker reponses. I hope this helps you out!
