Points needed will vary based on room price and type, but i would estimate around 25k - 26k points for the low end.
Just go to the Hilton Honors website. Look up the motel. Never have seen a Hampton that listed different points for different rooms. However, you might see a cash/points combo, sort of like soup/sandwich.
