Do they carry macarons? If so, is it in a bakery or are they prepackaged or what?

I think it depends on the vendors. Ive seen them from time to time, but not frequently enough where i would say they always have them on hand!

The Six Forks location does. They are near the Bakery section. Would hope the Wade Ave. location would but itnis smaller.

Hi Mikaela,I believe different whole foods carry them. I haven't seen them at the whole foods on Wade avenue but I'm almost certain ive seen them in the whole foods on Tryon. They dont come prepackaged. They're inside a glass container with other desser cookies. I hope this helps. If all fails, just call the store.
