How do you want to get divorced if you are not married? I believe the Masjid Imam might help with mediation. If you looking for legal help, then a lawyer is your best option.
all you have to do is ask your husband for a divorce and if he says i release you your no longer married that simple. If he won't release you then you go to the Imam
