How can I contact a live person with questions or to buy tickets? I have called many times but no one answers and they don't have a machine to take inquiries. I saw this on Ghost Hunters and want to go.

When I called, they had an answering machine and they called back the next day.

I usually message them through facebook. That's the best way to get a hold of somebody.
