would YOU call that clean aluminum? 4oz of lead must have been pieces you could have taken off the rim... next time do some work and know your business. remove the lead then turn the rims in... next time or place you go to it should happen some more and will be YOUR IGNORANCE that determined how much you fetched for your scrap. I know i know but im just saying... it costs to process that stuff and they get hit for the lead too. So are they to take a loss for YOU?? clean your scrap or else be happy someone would take the 'junk' you no longer want... smh

Sorry to see that Steve I know that sucks I too have made that same mistake and lost money you learn after you get stung any mixed metals will always get the lowest price best to take the time to separate everything you can separate if you want maximum dollar
