NHS- (Northwestern Human Services)This is a gov't facility. mis-treating substance abuse & mental illness.They just changed the name to Merakey. Great example of "getting what you pay for".What a bunch of screw-ups. Nearly all the employees I've had the misfortune of dealing with need to STOP HURTING the patients,& need immediate psychiatric care. And they'd better not go to Merakey to get it!!!! I have no Idea how anyone with a physical disability gets through the operator ? 45 rings to answer the phone ? The shehss an attitude ?!!But so many of these reviews are about bad front desk methods ? We are all mental or addicts ? I had a stroke this has been a terrible experience except for therapist Laura Marker ( she tried ) I know they changed their name lately !!!

They have groups with people that speak Spanish in them but no predominantly Spanish groups if that makes sense
