Hey, Gloria Houston (and that’s probably your real name) did you really think that if a bank owns your car, if you wreck it, your insurance company just cuts YOU a check? If you did, you are *wrong* and that’s why Empower is sick of you calling them. In fact, it sounds as if you have liability only (no comprehensive or collision coverage) in which case you’ll be seeing ZERO money from Empower. Maybe that’s only an assumption on my part, since financed vehicles are required to have liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage, but it DEFINITELY sounds like you didn’t buy gap insurance. #Bummer #LifeLesson Go on, though, blame your insurance company. It isn’t you. Nope, not at all. 😆
Don't pay find you another Insurance Company because this is nothing but trouble, pain, not good customer service, will not return call, will string you along. I had to make threats as far as obtaining a lawyer to get my car fixed and it still isn't. My car accident was October 18th 2017. It is now December the 23rd 2017 and I still have no car. I had to call and make threats to call the Better Business Bureau, to obtain a lawyer, pay for my own car to be towed and the check was written to me and mine cars Financial company. I have never in my life heard of such a mess. I will make them pay because of my suffering. Save yourself the trouble and find somebody else.
