Awful! Terrible communication between them and my Mortgage holder. Every time I turn around my Policy is cancelled due to some info they did not give the Mortgage holder or vice versa and I have to scramble to get it reinstated. This last time the policy was cancelled for A MONTH and I had no idea until they sent me a check. NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME AT ALL! I got with my insurance agent and somehow there were differing policy numbers which NONE OF THEM CAUGHT BEFORE! I paid the policy premium in full to get it reinstated plus all of these fees because of the cancellation, even though it was no fault of my own. I will be shopping around and even if its is higher i'm getting away from these incompetent people.

This company is a scam artist. We got a new Insurance with Wellington. They sent a inspector without any notification. We had no idea about the inspection. Since no one open the door they cancelled the Insurance without any email or any fault from our end and deducted $500 from the refunded amount. They are doing this to almost everyone. So do not fall for this. Horrible experience.
