Hey, Gloria Houston (and that’s probably your real name) did you really think that if a bank owns your car, if you wreck it, your insurance company just cuts YOU a check? If you did, you are *wrong* and that’s why Empower is sick of you calling them. In fact, it sounds as if you have liability only (no comprehensive or collision coverage) in which case you’ll be seeing ZERO money from Empower. Maybe that’s only an assumption on my part, since financed vehicles are required to have liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage, but it DEFINITELY sounds like you didn’t buy gap insurance. #Bummer #LifeLesson Go on, though, blame your insurance company.
