These car places should be shut down. If u cant work with people and do the right thing then u have no business running it. I am very disappointed and frustrated because they are taken money out my pocket. Cudnt even make it to work today

DO NOT GO HERE . Same situation with me KARZ in garland has bad customer service and no answer to your problem . They sold me a messed up car that seemed perfect when I bought but started having small problems. I took it back up there so they can just check it and they tell me I can’t leave with my vehicle and they started repairs and I have to pay to get it back . It has been 7 days since then and I missed work . I didn’t tell them to start taking my car apart cause I knew I couldn’t afford it . Now I’m just stuck out of luck missing work cause these repair man don’t care about what they doing .
