These are the shadiest... jankiest.... bottom of the barrel... no good used car salesmen. And the women in the office....... Once you get those keys, be ready for one thing after another to break down. It's clear they don't fix/check anything mechanically before selling them to us. I hope you have a second vehicle in your home already because Karz don't care that the bucket you just paid for broke down and you just spent your last on another payment to a car you can't even drive and now can't afford to Lyft/Uber work. Wish I had read reviews before I went here. Don't make the same mistake. I'm serious. Worse decision ever. (The following is another day after the initial review) After reading reviews, I can tell which of these reviews were made the day of purchase. First of all, they kinda push too hard for you to give a review period. So I'm wondering, how do those positive review givers feel now? Does anyone know how we can come together and get them in trouble? Make them pay for what they do day in and day out; taking such life damaging advantage of their whole customer base. Which is BY FAR the minority. The low income, paycheck to paycheck, hard working just to make it as it is, people! 🤮 And it's not ok.

So Mr Gaines help me get my car I only went up there with a down payment of $700 I walked out of there with a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I really appreciate Mr Gaines for helping me get this car I really needed at the time knowing that I had two kids and they had to get back and forth to school now and my car is fine

Im actually about to go up there and talk to them but i have a feeling they are gonna try to make me pay for the whole car like they did everyone else. This is not right at all. And they shud be put out of business. We cant let stuff like this keep happening cuz they are basically robbing people. And i worked hard to get this car last monday. I have a child i have to feed

They will always hide behind this one thing you buy as is no warranties no nothing see if that paper has a warranty on it if it shows it has some form of warranty where it's one day 30 days and they don't want to do nothing file complaint with better Business bureau make things hard
Nope. Some of them used to be years ago. I think that's just mostly to lure you in. Now you may find some that start at like 600 down or so, and those have MANY miles and aren't too popular. I think they've been sitting up on the lot for a while. Most they cars start like 750+
I've been here twice and both times stood on the lot for over 30 min the employees here look at you like your a disturbance so I went somewhere else

No they dont stop your car from driving. If you are short or behind on any payments just contact all the time and I promise they will work with you.
It say 299 down but they go run your credit it depends i went even no it say 299 they call me back saying they want 600 and i had a co signer and all
Get your money back if you can because they buy junk cars and put minor fixes on them just to sell them and then once you within a month or so maybe less it fails. Don't let the put you in another car you will have the same problem.
