I do not work for hims tired but I will tell you that that happens to a tire that is on my wife's van. If it feels like you have a knot on your tire the possibility you could on the inside of the tire underneath the car or the probability that one of the bands broke inside the tire making it feel that way. Get it chkd ASAP before higher speeds.
I took it in but the guys didnt see nothing that stood out visually...i have a 4x4 so I'll take it to another place see if anything else is wrong with it...take it easy Kevin
