They did an excellent job in communication. I like the fact that they can sending a cost estimate of repairs through text for you to approve or call and ask questions. I had brakes replaced two weeks prior. while driving down 377 I tried to apply my brakes gradually and they locked up. I had to take it back to the shop. One of the screws had come out of the caliper and the brake locked up. They were able to fix it without any further issues or cost. We have used Jeffery's Automotive several times over the last two decades and will continue to take our business there. They are honest and fair people.

What can I say it was at first very hard to get in To but I can see why. Paul is one of the best I have ever seen. He kept me in the loop about everything they where doing and because my wife and I are women I thought they where going to use that to there advantage but not fadt friendly and very well educated on things. Paul by far is the best there that I have seen thank you Paul and jefferys you where a blessing to me and my wife. I will be back and sending people there way.
