I have trained at a lot of schools. This place is top notch. There is a level of intensity that pushes you but that intensity is tempered by humility and approachability from the coaches. F3 offers a truly multidisciplinary approach to fighting. The bjj is incredibly practical. The striking is very straight forward snd practical. I feel that I have made tremendous progress after being here for 3 months.

After having my two babies, I needed to get my body back in shape, and more importantly gain my strength back. The facilities are well kept and Fight Fitness Factory offers so many different types of classes. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable in their field and it truly feels like a tight knit community. They have opportunities for all ages. I honestly only planned on doing a month or two while on maternity leave a year ago before going back into the office but I ended up joining indefinitely bc I love this gym and the coaches that much. Well worth the investment!
