Super disappointed in our experience. We came to get three lug nuts taken off due to them being locked and we were unable to find the key. The guy charged us $150 because he said taking off the lug nuts was going to be “really hard work” but in reality it took less than five minutes… My husband was shocked and asked to go take a look at the “hard work” that was done because again we were told it would take awhile since they were “factory lug nuts” and the guy had an issue with my husband checking to see if it was actually done so quickly. We were under the impression that $150 was reasonable because he expressed that it would take awhile because it’s “hard work”.

I am sorry but that is not the case, every bolt gets marked torqued before coming off the lift, there was additional work done on the vehicle (sway bar links) since leaving our shop. your husband purchased a lift kit, wheels and tires which we installed. However, your husband drives a 10 year old truck with many bad suspension parts, unfortunately he could not afford the repairs to his vehicle, we even offered to replace the parts with no labor cost but wanted us to replace all the bad suspension parts out of our pocket
Patches start at $20 and they go up depending on the size of the wheel
