Why would you leave screws out of our brake caliper and act appalled when it was brought to your attention? Why wouldn't you TELL us BEFORE you installed the lift that we needed suspension parts replaced, so we could have that done first??? Trash.

I am sorry but that is not the case, every bolt gets marked torqued before coming off the lift, there was additional work done on the vehicle (sway bar links) since leaving our shop. your husband purchased a lift kit, wheels and tires which we installed. However, your husband drives a 10 year old truck with many bad suspension parts, unfortunately he could not afford the repairs to his vehicle, we even offered to replace the parts with no labor cost but wanted us to replace all the bad suspension parts out of our pocket
