Do they buy camera lens ? Or basically can u sell equipment to the store here?

They do buy used equipment as long as it's in good condition.

Try Archival cameras, Don's cameras as previously suggested , Arlington camera I don't believe competitive camera sells or buys used equipment. Call never hurts to try. That is where I used to get all my equipment

They are mostly new sales, not sure if they will buy used. Try Garland camera or Don's photography for that
