For handicap you can download the forms on the mvc website and the your doctor needs to fill out his portion of it. You can order a duplicate registration on the site as well. Once on the site you can see how to get a duplicate bill of sale as well I believe you can order that online as well. Pay the fees for everything online and you will receive them in the mail but the handicap has to be mailed in or taken to a local office. It usually takes 3-4 days but up to 2 weeks to get them all. About six months ago I was in hospital; lent my car to someone who took care of my pets. she got a ticket across the st, alkthough I have a driveway. I gave her the notice, she told me she would pay it and never did. my licence was suspended. I paid the fine. I have not been driving since lkast year. my car is in driveway.waiting for to give the car to him, who lives in georgia. howver all my documents are missing. I need the bill of sale along with duolicate registration and need a handicap sign for when people take me shopiong or doctors apponyment. please tell me how I can straighten out this mess. Can I do it through the mail. My son is waiting for my car and I cannot give him, mthe car with out the bill of sale and whatrever I need to give him . Please help help. thank you Emily R
