I believe I left a comment for Jasontown 2 and Jasontown responded by saying my comment was Jasontown 1-which is false-Jasontown 2 could be a nice place to live if they weren’t mice getting into your apartment during winter and in the summer you get water bugs coming every time you turn off lights. Beside that you have to live with the same cabinets, tiles for years & years they never want to replace anything. Sometimes I get up and think the person above is going to fall on top of me. Crazy again I left a comment for Jasontown 2 they say the negative review was for Jasontown 1 which is False-I have nothing negative about Jasontown 1 because I don’t reside there.

I've been living at Jasontown apartments for the past 5-years and loved it. I love my apartment, maintenence/facilities are always quick to respond to requests. And the apartments are nice. It wasn't until Covid started (May 2020) when I noticed a mouse problem. Granted I've never really had a mouse issue living here. Within weeks it was resolved and the mice were gone. A few weeks later they returned and once again the issue was resolved. It wasn't until a few months ago, I noticed an infestation of mice in my apartment. Literally at night you could hear them running through the walls and dashing from one corner to the next. We were given mouse glue traps, and we were catching about 10 mice in a week on average (no im not exaggerating). It is now Jan 2022 and we are still having the same mice problem (just last week we caught 10). There was one incident where my dad fell asleep on the couch and a mouse crawled on his face. As i am typing this message i can hear them scurrying. I've caught almost 80+ mice so far. It's really disappointing to know that this is still an ongoing issue and that nothing additional is being done. Besides the mouse issue i would say Jasontown is a great place to live. But at this point, the mice have won and I can no longer take it.
