I’ve only ever come here for my license a few years ago and today to return my old license plates. The return was easy and painless. I went in and said I was returning plates after the officer asked if I had an appointment. I was in and out within 5 mins. The woman was pleasant as well.

I drove more than 30 minutes just to return my plates and arrived at 4:20 PM today, 10 minutes before the closing time. The entrance was locked already, and an employee was walking out through the employee exit at 4:22 PM. I asked to return my plates, but he said “too late” and simply walked to his car. I explained to him that I had to drive more than 30 minutes to return the plates, but he didn’t care and no shame in leaving the work before the closing time. Unbelievable, my tax money is wasted on this place and this kind of unprofessional and conscientious people. 4:30 PM is 4:30 PM, why don’t you close at 2 PM to go home Early?
