You dont really need a rolling tool. But if u ever want to find one of those u need to go to the j&L restaurant supply's
It's so easy to roll them up with your hands. They will be uniform in size...just be aware how much you put in the wraps.
It's actually better your roll them on your own. From my experience working at an Chinese restraunt you are rolling them the same way as burrito, & just make sure to tuck & squeeze it in & use a little bit of flour mix to get the tip to stick to the egg roll once it's rolled.
You don't need a rolling tool. All you need to do is go and buy the prerolled wraps. Just ask for the egg roll wraps.
I want them in uniform not with the insides on the outside.
Do you really need one? Just Roll them up like a burrito.
