After over a year of back and forth, and excuses from the cemetery, my mother's grave is still not marked. Paid in full a year ago, these people don't care about your family or your loss. Absolutely shameful.

What a smooth experience I had with Doris! Doing this stuff for a loved one is very hard and I wasn't sure where to begin but im thankful for how easy she made the process for us. My calls were always returned and questions answered!

We have been getting the run around about my sister's headstone come to find out they lost her paper work. And know one wanted to tell us. I would call and we would go by there and just a few days ago one of the workers got the courage to say I'm sorry to say we can't find your sisters paper work. I asked how long have y'all known the paper work was missing? I asked this whole time? I was told yes! In a few weeks it will be a year. We went by there today just to see if they're pressing the issue. I was told the person we needed to talk to would be back to leave my number and I would get a call back. and give me a call and no call.

I'm sorry for your loss and unfortunately I would not know how to help you my mother passed away May 18th of last year and I went to visit her and her honor this year 18th and pretty much the same thing her little name tag in memory of her is not put up yet either

Go to the office give their names an they will give u a map to them
You can buy the headstone anywhere you wish but the cemetery will charge a "setting fee" to set the stone in concrete at the burial site. Also, factor in the fee for the vase. Most people opt out for that but it's worth it to buy at the same time as the setting fee.

It is the oldest cemetery in Bakersfield the staff there are very friendly as well the surrounding area may not be the most desirable but the cemetery grounds are very nice and well kept.
