I have been going to Dr. Bichai for some years now and he is a nice doctor, but his office is very disorganized. He cancels last minute and every time the staff claim they call but do not. I called to confirm my appointment an hour before coming into the office, for the staff to tell me he canceled. I do not live close and took a day off of work. I been trying to get my fractured bone looked at for a follow up appointment since July and it is September. Expect to wait for hours in a crowded waiting room and for the staff and Doctor to not value your time. I finally changed my doctor and will no longer be a patient.
