Yes, apply and they will evaluate your hearing loss and if the onset was due to your service. You will then be given your results and percentage of coverage. My father was at zero for years. Had him re evaluated and he was granted a small percentage of coverage plus a monetary monthly allotment. Definitely worth looking into.

There should be programs for you to qualify for hearing aids. You must speak to the counselor, or apply at the front desk of your primary doctor... Other than that visit the website for details
