Worst customer service no directions no instructions on what to do or where to go to pick up your package. Security guard booth was abandoned i was there for a long time untill i hunted down a truck driver and ask for directions once i did contact them took about 30mins for someone to come out once i loaded up and headed to the door they closed the gate right before i pulled up to exit no one was there again no one could tell me anything had to call customer service 3 times untill i got transfered and finally they opened the gate. Never again will i do business there 👎👎 terrible

What a cluster flop of a website. My package took 3 days to travel from the east coast to Fresno, and 5 days to get delivered within Fresno. Unacceptable.

2 hour lunch, what's up with that? Nobody gets 2 hours for lunch. Went to pick up freight at 11:55 and found closed for lunch be back at 2:00 sorry 1 star for foolish policies. I had a box and package set FedEx for a week before out for delivery. Such poor management.
