They do that for everyone. They dont answer. They dong solve your problem. Never buy from here. U get stuff for cheap but they also spoil soon. If the person who sold u is no more workinv there, then its hell. Same happened for us. We bought entire furniture there and suffering now
You may want to check in person to know the status! Do you have the sales person's contact info, who sold you that furniture?
So far, i have not had any problem with them. What i bought from them is still intact. Sorry for what you are going through. Pay them a visit.
