Where exactly is the dragons breath and what’s the store called

Its basically balls of cereal infused with nitrogen and when you eat it smoke comes out of your nose and mouth. The shop is in the first floor by forever 21.

If you're not careful the stale puff will rip your skin. It doesn't taste good.
