Why isnt hulen mall doing anything about the massive influx that exceeds past recommended capacity of holiday shoppers, people not wearing masks or enforcing any kind of guidelines to protect shoppers AND retail workers?

Because they just don't care until we say something about it, however I've had covid-19 twice now and I'm glad I only quarantine , because it's really not that bad I love shopping and eating out and now I have gotten it my personal scare is over.

I think if we are to wear masks INside the stores then we also should wear them OUTside of the stores where LOTS of people walk close to one another

I assume it's to afford more people the opportunity to get sick and spread it to others so more people can die. My understanding is most intelligent individuals know to avoid malls during the pandemic.

Some stores in there are enforce it by not letting too many people come in.. They do need to do more cleaning den usual, because of we as human beings dont wash our hands frequently..
