What time is the mall open to walkers?

I walk at the Galleria. You can go in to walk starting at 7 am. I get almost 1/2 mile in one loop.

When I used to work at one if the towers there I would cut thru the mall before 10:00. However the stores were not open yet. I would call first to double check, but I believe the doors are open for walkers earlier than 10:00 am.
